The project form collects the information needed to understand your enquiry and respond to it.
Information collected through the form
The form asks for your name, email address, product category, project stage, destination market, main challenge and project brief. Company, country, quantities, timing and an indicative budget are optional. The form does not accept file uploads or payment information.
What happens when you submit
Your enquiry is transmitted to Netlify Forms and made available to the India Product Office team. The hosting account is configured to send an email notification to the team’s designated enquiry mailbox. The form does not add you to a marketing list.
Hosting and technical processing
The website is hosted on Netlify. Website requests and form submissions may involve technical data such as your IP address and request information, including processing for hosting, security and spam prevention.
Information to keep out of the initial enquiry
Please do not include passwords, payment details, sensitive personal information or confidential designs. Detailed technical files and confidential supplier information should be shared only after an appropriate follow-up process has been agreed.
Cookies and third-party integrations
This website build does not include advertising trackers, analytics scripts, embedded videos, external font services or browser-storage code. These website choices do not mean that hosting and form infrastructure process no technical data.
Local copy of your brief
If a submission cannot be confirmed, the form offers a way to save your brief as a text file on your own device. Saving a local copy does not itself send another enquiry.
Notice still to be completed
The operator’s identity and contact details, applicable lawful basis, retention arrangements, recipient and international-transfer details, and rights and complaint information remain to be confirmed in the full notice.
