Clear expectations make better projects.
Can you work with our existing factory?
Yes. We can manage development follow-up, production, inspections, testing coordination and logistics with a supplier you already use. Replacing the factory is not a condition of working together.
Do you work with early-stage brands?
Yes, subject to product fit and commercial feasibility. Sourcing and development are paid engagements, with the scope, deliverables and included sample rounds agreed before work begins.
What happens if a sample is not approved?
We document feedback and coordinate the revisions included in your engagement. Fees relate to the agreed work and milestones, not a guaranteed production order or subjective sample acceptance. Additional rounds and changes are agreed separately.
Can you arrange compliance testing?
We coordinate product and market requirements with appropriate laboratories or specialists, arrange sample dispatch, and track reports and actions. We do not issue certifications or offer an unrestricted compliance guarantee.
Do you manufacture or resell the goods?
Our proposed model is buyer-side services, working with independent manufacturers. The manufacturer normally invoices the buyer for goods, while our work is invoiced separately. Contracting and import responsibilities are agreed per project.
