We are not a laboratory, certification body or legal adviser. We do not issue certifications or guarantee compliance. The relevant manufacturer, brand, importer and other economic operators retain their applicable responsibilities; a project agreement does not remove statutory duties.

A forecast is not a delivery guarantee. Changes to specifications, approvals, supplier capacity or logistics can affect timing and cost.

Define quality before
you inspect for it.

Quality assurance establishes the reference. Quality control checks the production against it. We plan both around the product and the risks of its manufacturing process.

Sampling-based inspection cannot establish that every unit is defect-free. Inspection scope, sampling approach, acceptance criteria and the buyer’s shipment-release decision are agreed before work begins.

We coordinate supplier and logistics-provider handovers, with packing and shipment requirements considered during production rather than after it.

We do not automatically act as seller, exporter, customs broker, carrier or importer of record. Incoterms, customs responsibilities, insurance and destination obligations must be assigned before shipment.
