Represent the buyer.
Our service scope and fees are agreed with the client. Factory identities, quotations and third-party costs remain transparent.
We did not start with a supplier directory. We started with the realities of developing and manufacturing our own consumer products in India.
Through Orneli, we experienced the work between a promising manufacturer and a product ready for an international market.
Factory comparisons. Sample revisions. Material decisions. Quality checks. Testing questions. Shipment coordination. None of those tasks worked well in isolation.
Our own product work includes a leather travel accessory, with block-printed tablecloths, placemats and napkins in production. We are also developing our capabilities in new textile printing processes and product categories.
India Product Office is the next step: making our local team and documented approach available to other brands.
Our service scope and fees are agreed with the client. Factory identities, quotations and third-party costs remain transparent.
Our team is on the ground in India. Factory access, visits and inspection coverage are agreed according to the project, not assumed to be unlimited.
Specifications, approvals, sample changes and quality findings belong in a project record, not only in someone’s chat history.
We coordinate with manufacturers, laboratories and logistics specialists. We do not present ourselves as the factory, an accredited laboratory or a regulatory authority.
Client designs and product information are handled separately from Orneli and from other client work. Confidentiality, intellectual property and any category conflict are addressed in the engagement.
We begin with genuine textile and leather experience and validate additional categories before accepting them. We do not claim to manufacture everything.
A promising concept, a supplier shortlist or a difficult production run: we begin with what you need to decide, establish what evidence is missing and agree the local support needed to move forward.
Bring us your brief, your existing supplier or the problem that needs attention.
